Fire Extinguisher Annual Maintenance - Yearly service will allow us to inspect your existing extinguishers and bring them up to code for one calendar year, as required by California State Law, your insurance company and OSHA.
Quarterly and Monthly Inspections - Nobody to handle your OSHA compliance inspections in the office? No problem. Our technicians can schedule you at monthly intervals for the required facility inspections.
Mobile Service - We understand you're busy. Golden State Fire Protection comes to your business, home or boat for service, working with your schedule for greater convenience. Drop-off service is available at your request.
Sales and Delivery – While already offering a wide variety of safety products, Golden State can always special order replacement parts and supplies, as you need them. Please call for local delivery or visit our online store to have products shipped directly.
Walk-Through Estimates – Offering a complete estimate for your budget is important to us all. Golden State can help with low hourly walk-through rates.
Exit Lighting Installations and Repairs - Ensuring the exits in your facility are clearly marked in case of an emergency, results in less panic and greater response time. Depending on your situation this may be required by law, please consult your technician.
Emergency Lighting Inspections & Sales – Many times, a facility is unable to evacuate occupants without a form of emergency back-up lighting. This lights the pathway for evacuation in an emergency.
Marine and Boating Vessel Expertise – Did you know boating fires are easily avoidable? Keeping your boat up to Coastguard Regulation keeps you and your passengers safe. Golden State Fire carries marine brackets, bungees and heavy-duty brackets. To avoid messy dry-chemical clean-up that chokes your motor, we carry chrome extinguishers, CO2 and Halotron.
Service and Fleet Vehicle Safety – Service and fleet vehicles must be recharged every year they operate, we’ll give you the best service and repair-part prices in town. Golden State Fire carries vehicle brackets for every size and type of extinguisher.
Code & Violation Corrections – Extinguishers out of code? Fire Marshal citations to correct? Insurance company requirements? We can bring your facility up to code and correct any violations cited before your re-inspection.
Leaked and Damaged Extinguisher – Golden State Fire offers a wide variety of replacement parts including handles, hose and gauges. If your extinguisher can be repaired, we can fix it.
5-Year & 12-Year Hydrotesting - This required water-pressure test checks for rust, verifies the extinguisher cylinder is intact, and is able to function properly for use. Depending on the type of extinguisher, testing requirements vary; please consult with one of our friendly representatives.
6-Year Tear-Downs – This required maintenance must be executed at 6-year intervals during the time of annual maintenance, and certified with a dated verification of service collar.
Evacuation Plans and Site Map Placement Markings – During the time of your annual maintenance, our Golden State technicians are able to label your site map to verify placement of extinguishers throughout the facility, and evacuation flow. Site maps must be provided in advance.
OSHA Safety Trainings, Demos and Meetings – Schedule your next group safety meeting with one of our technicians. All Golden State Fire technicians are comprehensively trained to demonstrate proper operation of a fire extinguisher, evacuation plans, and other safety tips.
